CONSULINT gets its effectiveness mainly from its wealth of human resources, 11 permanent staff and 20 part-time staff, on which it invests considerably in terms of continuous education and training, and by devoting attention and resources to programs that grow technical know-how and skills.

The outcome of such policy is an improvement in the quality of permanent staff and low turnover ensuring the maintenance of institutional memory. This is particularly true for personnel in key positions, ensuring the continuity of the technical interface our Clients and the added effectiveness of dealing with similar projects.

There are more than 30 of us: results-oriented people, continually investing in our skills to maximize client value while creating viable solutions that assure our Clients’ success.
