 GENERAL MANAGER: Sergio Capitanio is a civil engineer with wide experience in the field of technical-economic and environmental feasibility studies, planning, design of transport systems and tender documents (as per FIDIC Conditions) as well as management of important railway studies for structural rehabilitation and improvement of lines.
He is experienced in development, processing and coordination of single sub-projects for the various sectors:
- station plans (track equipment device design);
- interference with service and functional phases;
- specialized engineering (roadway; engineering structures; geology; buildings);
- environmental impact;
- technological systems (signalling, power supply, electric traction). On behalf of the Italian State Railways (FS), he has taken part in Italy and abroad to Work Teams in charge of studying problems concerning the development of bound-driving transport systems.
 Osvaldo Murano is a Civil Engineer with over 23 years of experience in the Civil Engineering,
for 20 of which he has worked for international projects.
He has specialised in road and transport engineering, but has experience in a wide range of sectors:
from Electrical Manufacturing to Sales & Marketing. He has gained great experience in the preparation of:
- pre-qualification dossiers, EoI;
- financial and technical proposals, as well as work plans (in which he has focused in his last 10 years’ work).
He also has experience in promoting the private sector development and foreign investment; reviewing and conceptualizing operational frameworks; assessing operating businesses plans. Norway, Sweden, India, Thailand, Uganda, Senegal are only a few of the countries where he worked.
Now, he is the international business manager for INTR Consulting providing assistance to Italian engineering consultancy firms willing to expand their business abroad.
 Francesco Faustini has more than 17 years of experience in civil engineering, focused on railway lines. During his career, he has gained intensive experience with supervision, design, technical assistance and design review of precast structures, pre-stressed concrete structures, bridges and viaducts.
He took part in supervision projects managing the supervision of underground structures as bored tunnels in urban environment, with TBM methodology or traditional such as the ADECO-RS (Italian) or NATM (Austrian). He has also experience with the “drill and blast” excavation method.
Moreover he has also good experience in geotechnical issues related to embankments and cuts. Good knowledge of test on materials as cement, concrete, steel rebar, soils, etc.
As Certified Project Manager (ISIPM® - ISO 21500 complying) he implements best practices as: Project Charter, Project Plan, the 5 project management Processes, Risk Analysis, WBS and Cost Management through Earned Value (B.C.W.P.) analysis.
Grown in the bosom of the Italian National Railways Company, he took part in relevant projects, in Italy and abroad, familiarizing with track design, railway operation and signalling technologies.
As Railway Infrastructure Designer he took part in projects for rehabilitation of old lines and functional analysis of station plans: he well manages alignment parameters.
International working experience in : Uzbekistan, Colombia, Venezuela, Switzerland, Syria, Ghana, China, Algeria.
 Armando Bonaccorsi experience has been entirely developed in the Railway field, mainly,
in the railway Project management activities (study, design and construction), above all abroad.

 Tommaso Capitanio is an architect with wide experience in buildings serving transports infrastructures (stations, etc.),
in environmental impacts, Rendering, 2d-3d drawings and graphics works.
He is experienced in development and processing of Competitive Bidding, Schematic,
Detailed and Final Design particularly in:
Railways Stations Buildings
preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment;
Green Works ;
Measures to mitigate the Environmental Impacts.
